  • shipping to Japan

I wish to place an order for a panel to be shipped to Japan. The ordering software doesn't estimate the cost of shipping. If I place an order and mark 'other' as the shipping method, may I request the cheapest and slowest available shipping option available? I don't mind if it takes 6 weeks. Also, is C.O.D an option with shipping to Japan, or only credit card?

  • Powder Coat Textures

Can you provide either a stippled or crackle powder coat finish, or is the only option a smooth finish?

  • A/V connectors?

Noob here, just getting rolling. Are there any libraries of standard A/V connector templates? RCA-audio, RCA-Component, XLR, HDMI, etc.? Could not find them in the downloaded program as shipped.

  • Anodize Post-Processing

I would like to order a black anodized plate with a hole pattern and engraved lettering. The ideal finished product would be an orange finish on all cut surfaces (holes, edges and lettering) and black everywhere else. Since other parts in the assembly will be orange anodized, it would be ideal to plate the finished panels with the other components as a batch. How would an additional anodizing pass affect the original black finish?

  • Feature Request: Prompt to print cart.

--A prompt to print the shopping cart (with order number) just after placing the order would be nice.

Or perhaps, the instant auto-generated email that is sent by FPE should include a copy of the order.

I realize that the fine sales-folks at FPE do eventually send a confirmation with all the details. It just happens that right at the time of ordering is the most convenient time to staple stuff to our PO (in our very-paper-based office).
