Front Panel Express offers a selection of bevel options to address this customer need. In this newsletter, we will discuss the different types of bevels and how add them to your panel. </td> </tr> </tbody></table></P> <font size="2" face="arial"color="#27a2d0"><P ALIGN="justify"><b>45&#176; Bevels</b><br/></font><font size="2" face="arial"> Among the most common bevels requested from Front Panel Express customers is the 45&#176; beveled edge. This feature allows for a beveled edge at a 45&#176; angle, at any depth up to .5mm less than the overall thickness of the panel. Currently, corner radius bevels are available in radii of .5mm, 1.0mm, 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm and 3.0mm. The conical shape of the tool produces a clean, small bevel that can sometimes be a more economical option. This is often done along with a front side bevel to create a softer egde on both sides of the panel. These bevels can be for cosmetic purposes, or to soften the edges of a hole. There is an additional charge for working on the back side of the panel, which will be reflected in the order confirmation. </P> </font> <font size="2" face="arial"color="#27a2d0"><P ALIGN="justify"><b>A Note About Pricing</b><br/></font><font size="2" face="arial"> Pricing is calculated independently from the software, unless the engraving line is used, and will be reflected in the order confirmation. When placing a reverse side bevel, there is an additional charge for work performed on the back side of a panel, as stated above. </P> </font> <font size="2" face="arial"color="#27a2d0"><P ALIGN="justify"><b>Ordering Beveled Edges</b><br/></font><font size="2" face="arial"> To request a bevel, leave a detailed note in the  Notes field within the order program. In the note, be sure to include the type of bevel (45&#176;, corner radius, etc), the requested radius (only for corner radius bevels), the depth of the bevel (only for 45&#176; bevels) and the exact location of the bevel.
