Not sure how to set this up... I have inserted a rectangular hole. On one side of the rectangle I need to machine a bevel on the front edge, then on the opposing side of the rectangle I need to machine a bevel on the rear edge. Basically - i am trying to create angled slots for ventilation that help to hide the internals (similar to an air register in the home). Any suggestions on this?

Add the edge machining to both the front and rear edges of the rectangle. Then leave your note in the 'remarks for production' area of the design file and we will adjust the bevel properties manually for you.

Prior to upgrading to 6.1.2 I was able to print a copy of the panel I was designing.
I'm on 6.1.2 and using a project from an older version and now when I try to print the panel I'll get only a blank sheet of paper. I looked around at the settings and it appears that the panel preview is present but it appears as one tile of many that need to be printed.
Can you help figure this out?

Sorry you are having issues. Can you email the .fpd file to firstname.lastname@example.org so we take a look at it?

I've updated to the latest version (6.1.1) of FPD and while I can design a panel with no issues, I continue to get this error message:
"ALERT: this price calculation is no longer valid. Please download the current version of Front Panel Designer".
I've reinstalled version 6.1.1 three times now with the same results. When I click on the "About" menu, it tells me I'm running version 6.11.
What's up here?

Just a quick clarification: This is a messaging bug and does not affect the price calculation at all. The price listed is the price you will get. This notification is being shown in error. We are working on a solution now and will get back to you as soon as it is ready. Thanks again, and if you have any questions please let us know.

Hello! Is there any way to have full-color imagery with a white background printed on anodized aluminum (rather than choosing powder-coated aluminum, which cannot have graphics printed on)?

Import your graphic and make sure 'underprint white ink on the front panel surface' is checked. If you have any further issues or questions email us at email@example.com

I have a simple line drawing that I might want to include as an engraving on a front panel I'm working on. I have jpg and pdf files, but can't seem to find a free program to convert either of the files to HPGL. If anybody knows of one, I'd be grateful.
Another idea: I read a post here that leads me to believer FP Express will do the conversion and include it in the design, but I'd like to be able to see it on the cad program so I could mess around with it before deciding if, and how, to include it in the design.
