Reply6.1.1 on Mac Mojave
I've updated to the latest version (6.1.1) of FPD and while I can design a panel with no issues, I continue to get this error message:
"ALERT: this price calculation is no longer valid. Please download the current version of Front Panel Designer".
I've reinstalled version 6.1.1 three times now with the same results. When I click on the "About" menu, it tells me I'm running version 6.11.
What's up here?

Hey Mac,
Just a quick clarification: This is a messaging bug and does not affect the price calculation at all. The price listed is the price you will get. This notification is being shown in error. We are working on a solution now and will get back to you as soon as it is ready. Thanks again, and if you have any questions please let us know.

ReplyAnodized Aluminum Panel w/ White Background
Hello! Is there any way to have full-color imagery with a white background printed on anodized aluminum (rather than choosing powder-coated aluminum, which cannot have graphics printed on)?

Hi Glen,
Import your graphic and make sure 'underprint white ink on the front panel surface' is checked. If you have any further issues or questions email us at info@frontpanelexpress.com

ReplyHPGL
I have a simple line drawing that I might want to include as an engraving on a front panel I'm working on. I have jpg and pdf files, but can't seem to find a free program to convert either of the files to HPGL. If anybody knows of one, I'd be grateful.
Another idea: I read a post here that leads me to believer FP Express will do the conversion and include it in the design, but I'd like to be able to see it on the cad program so I could mess around with it before deciding if, and how, to include it in the design.

ReplyFPD files win/mac
Hi,
I have a Win machine in my office and a Mac at home, both have version 6.01 installed, but I can't open the files saved under Win on my Mac, it says, I need a newer version.
Any ideas?

Reply15 pin high density D connector cutout
I'm looking for a VGA type D connector cutout with 15 pins in three rows. Has anyone made one of those?
