Is it possible to apply a 45˚ bevel on a rectangular thru-hole? If so, how do you set that up using Front Panel Designer?

The current version of Front Panel Designer does not offer a particular tool for it. However, 45 degree bevels are possible on rectangular holes and outer edges. Just let us know in the 'Remark Box' of the panel properties where you want to have the bevel placed and how deep it should be and we will add it for you.
Before we process your order we will confirm additional charges with you.

Is it also possible to bevel a large (3.5") drilled hole? Thanks.

In Front Panel Designer when you select the option to insert a drilled hole, the drilled hole properties will pop up. Select the countersink option, from there you can manually adjust countersink for the desired bevel dimension.
