I am a first time user of your service and software, so far so good. I do have one question “What is the smallest legible font character that can be engraved?” Could you please provide me with the following selection information to engrave this font?
1) Font Selection
2) Tool Selection
3) Text Height
5) Line Spacing
Thank you for your time, Roy Dieterich

In general I would not go smaller than 1.5 mm in text height. The other parameters depend on what font was chosen. Front Panel Designer works like 'what you see is what you get', so you can always check your design directly on your monitor.
Another way to check legibility of engravings is printing the front panel design unscaled 100%. The panel will turn out as your print.
And don't worry, we check all panel designs before we start manufacturing. In case your design is not engraveable or would turn out rough, we would contact you for necessary changes.
