  • scale1.fpjs change color?

I am a newbie user of FrontPanel and I am learning the basics to make a panel.

I tested out the script "scale1.fpjs" and it makes nice scale/tick marks around holes.

The marks are black. is there a way to change the color?

I would like my panel to be black and infile engraved markings from scale with white color. I looked at the source of the javascript, but im not sure what API command to insert to make the results white and not black.

  • Fonts

Is there a font that would allow you to cut through rather than an engraving at a set depth? I'm thinking instead of a paint fill, I might like to try back-lighting if it's possible.

  • Side Profile 1 dimensions

I'm trying to design an enclosure using "Side Profile 1" but the drawing in the enclosure manual doesn't have enough dimensions to locate the y-axis location of each slot. Is there a more detailed drawing that includes all the dimensions?

At a minimum I think I need the two dimensions "C" and "D" indicated in red in the attached file.

  • Anodized aluminum and engravings

I was curious to know more about the manufacturing process, specifically about the anodized aluminum. If I used Front Panel Designer to build an anodized aluminum front panel for an enclosure, does the panel get re-anodized after the engraving? Or do you anodize the panel after engraving? I would like to avoid having the raw metal exposed.

Also, am I able to specify depth when we are engraving text? I didn't see it in the application, am I able to request a specific depth when I order?
